IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENTS

Network Engineer World Data, Inc. seeks a Network Engineer to architect, design, and implement distributed development environments enabling virtual/dynamic configuration of WANs b/t remote sites & client networks & applications. Will also maintain, support, monitor, test, troubleshoot WANs/LANs & network hardware/software problems, etc. Position requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Comp. Sci. or Eng. and 2 yrs. experience as Network Eng. or software designer, developer or tester. Position based out of Arlington, VA and subject to relocation nationally.

Sales Agents: The World Data Solutions are clustered in “Managed Network Services” and “Logistics”. Due to the fact that WDI uses its own infrastructure (from investments) and its own core software, the solutions margins are excellent. The other interesting fact is that we do not have commoditized solutions, they are all turnkey and all encompassing delivering competitive high revenues. In conclusion we have a high revenue and high margin plan for Agents with proven track record and experience.

J2EE Software Developers: The World Data "Systems Integration" team is involved in developing a complete “back-office services and develop third party integration services for Financial and Healthcare industries. Applicants should have good experience in business applications development and the J2EE platform. Experience in SOA and webservices is a plus.

Senior .NET Developer: Candidate must have 3+ years of hands-on experience developing software for operational support systems. Proven experience with HTML, .NET and .NET framework. Experience with MS ERP applications and MS SQL. WDI is currently migrating a micro-finance set of applications from a legacy platform to .NET. It is a plus if candidate has experience with payment protocols. It is desirable that candidate speaks both English and Spanish.

DB Developer and Administrator: Candidate must have 3+ years of experience designing, developing and administrating MS SQL 2K DB and should collaborate with JSP development personnel. Must have excellent understanding of W2K platform; T-QSL language; MS SQL 2K databases; MS SQL Data Transfer and Erwin tools. Applicants should be familiar with Telecom OSS system design/development, Oracle and JSP development on Tomcat/Apache experience. It is desirable that candidate speaks both English and Spanish.

Java Developer: We are looking for a JSP, Java, J2EE, JDBC, and HTML developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience. Proven experience with Java, T-SQL programming language, Unix platform; Tomcat/Apache application servers; and MS SQL and Oracle databases. It is desirable that candidate be familiar with Financial Service development, Struts, UltraDEV and NetBeans and ASP/IIS. It is desirable that candidate speaks both English and Spanish.
